JENNIFER CADDEN-VARSITY COACH

This is Mrs. Cadden’s sixth year as head coach with Conestoga Girls lacrosse program.  Jen has received a lot of recognition for her hard work as Conestoga Coach.  In 2003 Jen was named Inquirer coach of the year, 2004 Main Line coach of the year and in 2005 Daily Local and Main Line Coach of the Year!!

Upon graduation from Marple Newtown HS in 1992, she continued her lacrosse career at James Madison University.  She was named All-American (95,96), All South Regional All-American (94, 95, 96), All Colonial Conference (95, 96), and Captain (96).  She coached one year at JMU in 1997. She received her Masters of Education from Cabrini in 2001.  She taught at Valley Forge Middle School from 1997-1998 and was the lacrosse coach as well.  She was PE teacher at Beaumont Elementary from 1998-2004.

Keith and Jen are the proud parents of two boys, T.J. and Michael.

KAREN GATELY-ASSISTANT COACH

 Mrs. Gately, is in her seventh year of teaching English at Conestoga, is a graduate of Downingtown High School and Shippensburg University.  At Shippensburg, Karen played field hockey and lacrosse for four years and was named captain of both.  She finished ranking sixth in all-time career goals for field hockey and was chosen to represent Shippensburg at the 1997 All-Star Games.  In lacrosse, Karen was named All-PSAC and All-American.  Upon graduation,  Karen taught at James Buchanan High School in Mercersburg PA, and was the head field hockey coach at Mercersburg Academy and the head lacrosse coach at St. James School in Hagerstown Maryland.  Karen is the varsity field hockey coach at Conestoga.  She is the proud mother of daughter, Tess.  Karen is looking forward to another successful season.
 

KRISSY DIAMOND- J.V. COACH

Coach Diamond is a 1998 graduate of Conestoga and a 2002 graduate of Loyola College in Baltimore.  Twice competing for the Division I Final Four NCAA games. Mrs. Diamond was selected team captain her senior year.  Krissy enters her 5th year as JV coach.  She has always had a winning season.  In 2006 the JV record was 12-2-1.  Krissy has worked endlessly with lacrosse players at summer camps.  She is currently a 5th grade teacher at Valley Forge Middle School.  Krissy brings much experience and enthusiasm to the Conestoga Lacrosse program.  Krissy and Matt have a young son, A.J.

 

MEAGHAN MCDUGALL-FRESHMEN COACH

Coach McDugall is an 11th grade U.S. History teacher and a 10th grade European History teacher.  For two years Coach McDugal worked with Coach Gately as Assistant Varsity Field Hockey Coach.  She graduated from Wissahickon High School in 2001.  She played Field Hockey and Lacrosse and was the Team Captain of both.  Meaghan went on to play lacrosse at Bloomsburg University for 4 years.  She helped the team advance to Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference Championship Game all 4 years.  In Coach McDugall's sophomore year she helped the team win the PSAC Championship game and advance to the Division II NCAA final four!   Meaghan was named Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association Scholar-Athlete, PSAC Scholar-Athlete and Bloomsburg Scholar-Athlete.
