A dozen Conestoga
High School lacrosse players recently signed their national letters of intent to play lacrosse in college.
Conestoga boys' lacrosse head coach Brian Samson said, "This is a talented group of young athletes [both boys
and girls], who have worked very hard on the field and in the classroom to be recruited by these universities. We look forward
to a great season and following their careers beyond Conestoga."
The Conestoga players who
signed were Zach Schleicher (Monmouth University), Tim Langerhans (West Point), Nick Prestipino (West Point), Carson Scott
(University of Delaware), Robbie Zonino (University of Michigan), Jessica Beer (University of Connecticut), Meghan McGillis
(Ohio State), Blake Hamblett (Dartmouth), Mackenzie Orr (Navy), Megan Cameron (Old Dominion), Catie Smith (Cornell) and Claire
Jackson (Franklin & Marshall).
