Guest Clinician this Sunday Morning 9/27

Pre-season Workouts (not mandatory) 

The girls are invited to attend practices run by the coaches on Sunday mornings.  Additionally we are trying to include a few guest coaches to run a few of these as clinics. 

(Clinicians will be announced as soon as they are confirmed.)

Practices on Teamer – Sundays  September 13 – October 25 – 9:00 am – 11:00 am 

Amy has split the girls into two Pods to start:  

Pod 1 – Returning Varsity and Juniors – 9:00 am – 10:00 am

Pod 2 – Sophomores and Freshman – 10:00 am – 11:00 am

Anyone with positive findings on screening may not attend (even as a spectator). Coaches will not allow athletes to return until they are cleared by a physician.

Any athletes, coaches, or staff members who believe they may be sick should remain at home. (See complete list of protocols in attachment.)

Athletes and coaches must use hand sanitizer and/or wash hands prior to the start of workout and as needed throughout practice and/or at breaks. 

Each athlete is responsible to supply a personal source of hydration to support the length of the training session. No coolers, shared water bottles, or hydration stations should be utilized at this time. Water fountains will not be available.

Each athlete must have their own personal face covering to participate
